Liaising with Shareholders

This role involves dealing with any queries directly from shareholders and dealing with queries from stockbrokers or other agents who invest money on behalf of individual investors.
 

Interview Tip:

Where the communication from the stockbrokers / investors amounts to a Complaint rather than a query it may need to be sent to the Complaints Handling team to be dealt with as a complaint. Read the section on Complaints Handling and ensure you can distinguish a query from a complaint.
